Since April 2013, Aikte has implemented an employee assessment system, which is divided into three parts: monthly assessment, quarterly assessment, and annual assessment. The purpose is to:

• Objectively and accurately evaluate the work of employees or departments to the maximum extent possible, 
• Reward diligence and punish laziness, 
• Praise righteousness, 
• Promote unity, 
• Create a harmonious working atmosphere, 
• Stimulate employees' work enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity, and
• Ensure and promote the development of Aikte.
